The location is fantastic . Drop off and pick up for rides. You can walk any where. THE STAFF was vey accommodating.
Rooms like all rooms in Italy are smaller than the states. But It was clean and bigger than many hotels.

The breakfast options were diverse and included fresh local pastries that added a good start to each day.
The soundproofing in the room was inadequate, making it challenging to sleep due to street noise.

Good location, nice breakfast, pleasant staff.
Not good value for money. Given a small room at the back with no view even though the hotel was not full.

our experience here was great. the hotel was impressive, clean offered varied breakfasts and had a favourable location in center of town. location: the property was right by the train stations as well as the older section of town with multiple restaurants and the attractions of the old town including the castle. found a place called daiki sushi, set a short walk to the hotel, ate there a few times. the room was new-fashioned, elegant & had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

I was tempted to leave a positive review for the lovely breakfast, but the broken air conditioning ruined it for me. 26 Degrees is not 4-star comfort. I expected a room upgrade after that inconvenience, but the staff didn't care, sending maintenance to do nothing. Oh, the tiny shower head was also a charming touch, not!

The staff at the Oriente were fantastic. I requested a bottle of prosecco on arrival for my birthday and a lovely bottle was supplied. The hotel decor is gorgeous. The room was lovely and spacious for an inner city hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
